Janet
Janet began showing her true colors by dancing at the age of 3. A New Mexico native, she became a member of the Albuquerque Ballet Company by age 11 and was soon taking on lead roles in "The Nutcracker," "Giselle" and "Swan Lake." During her summers she trained at the North Carolina School of the Arts and was accepted for their high school program on scholarship, where her dance repertoire went on to include ballet, tap, jazz, pointe and Filipino folk. In her professional dance career, she has taught at numerous dance studios, been a member of the New Mexico Slam basketball dance team (where she was the captain) and of course by way of San Diego, The Lollipop Girls!
