Julie Ann Compton is responsible for most of the choreography performed by the Lollipop Girls today. She has been both performing and choreographing since she joined the company in 2001.
She has a Bachelor of Arts in Theater with an emphasis on Performance from San Diego State University, and has been a cast member of many popular plays through the San Diego theater circuit. Julie Ann brings to the organization a unique and creative choreography style that has helped develop the show over the last five years.
Julie Ann’s artistic experience includes gymnastics, dance, cheerleading, and vocal coaching. She has spent many years coaching gymnastics, dance and cheerleading, including five years coaching with United Sprit Association. Julie Ann’s choreography experience ranges from children's theater to local and regional professional plays and theater.
